Service we Got from HiFi Corporation Liberty Promenade Cape Town

My Sister bought SANSUI 49 INCH (124cm) Saturday at Hi Fi Corporation Liberty Promenade Store 1216 shop 86 Cape Town... When she switched on the TV the was Silver lining, She Immediately called them logging the complaint Nothing was done so she brought the TV back to the store which they Referred her to the 'Manager' by the name of Shamiemah... Wow the hell of a service we got from her instead of giving valid answers she left us standing claiming that she was assisting other customers... We then asked the Security about these instances she claimed that they experience this a lot especially this Brand... We Left the TV behind...They gave us a Number to Call they didn't make means to assist us they didn't even call customer service they continued with their work as if we not there... Hellopeter please assist...
