SERVICE THAT STINKS

All what I get is PROMISES, today I contacted the so called HEAD OFFICE and wanted to speak to A MANAGER, but they all in a meeting!!! First chatted with a SIMOEN , WHO PROMISSED to call back, waited til late afternoon and spoke again to a DARREN who also said will call back.LIKE ALWAYS AND FOR THE PAST SIXS WEEKS NOBODY has bothered to call back!!!<br> The MANAGERS are always BUSY!!!! NEVER AVAILABLE???<br> When yoU do get hold of a MANAGER then THE MANAGER gets a junior to SOLVE THE FRUSTRATION!!!<br> <br> IS THIS SERVICE!!!!!!<br> <br> I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR A FAULTY ITEM.<br> <br> SIXS WEEK IN WAITING WITH NO FIRM ANSWERS ONLY PROMISES!!!
