Service terrible and misleading information

The service is terrible ordered on sunday which i wanted to 3 quarted beds and one queen size bed. On the website firstly it shows free delivery and when you check out it shows that it is vat that is added on. I needed to do speperate purchases as the website does not allow to purchase two of the same bed sets on line which i paid 2 delivery fees which is R500 delivery fee and up until now 5 days later and not even any feedback yet
