Service pathetic no response no service

<p>I have supported this company over the year's with thousands of Rands my father still spends half he's days supporting them and my brother has a couple of accounts active with them. They don't care about customers they just want there buck's and no after service question is are they in trouble ? I went to the west gate branch Sunday with a ****y manager where they had an item priced wrong I was willing to pay for that can't be an human error on the price took a picture as prove sent it to the head office been 3days no reply as I am currently studying law what is the right move take further steps or will they resolve this matter. Maybe going to local news paper is an option </p>
