**** service-Mitchell's plain promenade

I Purchased a washing machine online and the stock came from Mitchells Plain - im highly disappointed with the pathetic service i received from the store- I spoke to a Thomkazi who requested that i email her ive emailed her a few times and she hasn't responded once - a call was logged with the technician who came out a nearly a month later and ques what the damn machine is worse now and not even a follow up call was made to check if there was someone who came out- I need this damn thing collected and replaced- i have been doing washing by hand- and by the laundromat which is costing me more money please sort this issue out ASAP - i would call the store but i cnt get through because my call keeps getting cut
