Service is Terrible - don't order goods online or buy in store. Run.

Worst service ever! Customer care line does not work as no one answers the phones. I ordered an item online that I still have not recieved yet and I've been waiting 3 weeks... For a hair straightener.... Seriously? Don't ever order online from this store. Many people are complaining. I'm never ever buying anything from this store ever again. I advise that everyone else does the same. I hope they close down.... Useless.... Such ******** that rob people of their money without delivering goods. I may as well ordered the item from overseas and it would have been quicker.
