Service is pathetic

I would like to share the apalling service I have received from hi fi corp in Newcastle. I have bought a fridge 6 months ago from them. On dec 23 2018 I laid a complaint to say myfridge is not working. Today is the 7 Jan 2019 and still no job number nor feed back on my fridge . they refuse to commicate with us so we are clueless to what is happening. I cant even get ahold of the head office to complain. Is this how you treat customers? I'm so fed up I hav food that has been spoilt! Is hi fi corp going to replace my groceries? I'm sick and tired I'm going to take my fridge with my rotten stuff n dump it in the store! Bad bad service !
