service delivery

I am so upset i bough a 4 plate defy stove and a hisense fridge on the 28 November on the black Friday can you imagine i haven`t received any of my goods and they called me on the 05th of December said they booking a day to deliver and they didn't and i understood because of the weather they call on the coming week again and advised that they will deliver on the Saturday nothing and i was called last week and was advised that there is only a stove that is there and advised i want my goods be delivered both i was told that i will get a call again to book me for a delivery . I don't know what to do anymore cant get hold of them when i call customer service the phone rings forever . I am so disappointed of the service , I'm still waiting for my order even today I haven`t received them come the 28 December it will be month what a pathetic *********** service from Hifi Corporation
