We bought a washing mashine from hi fi corporation in March 2021 with the extended warranty. Now that we need assistance from them they cant assist us with any information. They are unable to pull up the serial number on their system. They cant assist us with the proof of purchase even. Now we lost our warrantee and are unable to book a repair on the machine.
