Selling malfunctional washing machine

I bought a Hisense 13 top loader at Hi-Fi corporation Hemmingways on the 18 Jan2023. I connected the machine as per instruction on the manual, upon using the machine I discovered that the machine does not work properly, Instead of rinsing and spinning it just pours in water and drains it out and displays the Un error. No matter how evenly I distribute the load it doesn't solve the problem. I reported the problem to Hi-Fi corporation an they advise me that they will call Hisense to find out what might be the problem. I am dismayed at the lack of urgency that they are handling this matter. I have not heard anything from them since I visited the store. I am stuck here with a brand new non functioning washing machine and a pile of laundry that needs to be washed. I don't want a brand new second hand washing machine that will need fixing every second week. I also am not interested in disputes, I just want my money back and take your s**** so I can buy myself a functioning washing machine and about my life peacefully.
