Selling Faulty TVs

<p>i bought a brand new tv from Hi-Fi corp in N1 City Cape Town for R7000 cash. The tv only worked for a month, after that it started giving me problems. i took it back to the store where they refused to exchange the tv for a working one, now i havent had a tv for 2 weeks because they do not want to give me a working tv.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not fair on customers, if you sell a faulty tv the least you cando it exchange itimmediately. iamvery upset with this service especially because it a new tv. i need my query to be solved ASAP.</p>
