Selling empty promises

I bought an expensive bed online from HiFi corp and I have been waiting for it days past the 2-5days they promised have it delivered and I decided to call them and I was told I should be getting it soon but the later on the same day I get an email that they don’t have the bed in stock and they are offering me an alternative option and I did agreed with their alternative option but now I’m not getting any response from them as to when I’m getting the alternative option. I’m extremely disappointed in Hifi Corp.
