Selling damaged products as new.

Hi fi corporation Kleksdorp has very poor service and they sell damaged goods as new. I bought two projectors, where one was damaged and the other lacked all the required contents of the box ( Adapter and cables were missing). When contacting the store there was no attempt to fix the problem. This is a big problem because I drove 120km to receive this bad service. I am highly disgusted and will never shop there again!
