Selling broken smart TVs

Bought a smart tv online on 4th jan, arrived 3 days later and after 2 days use gave problems. Reported the matter, technician came after 2 weeks, no report given to me. TV is still dysfunctional, R12 000 down the drain. I regret buying at this store. Every time you call " the matter will be escalated".
