Second complaint regarding a cracked Android TV.

I send this complaint in December already and j have not received feedback.

On the 20/12/2020 i bought a tv in HIFI Corp in Rustenburg Platinum Square intially i wanted a 55 inch but i was recommended a 58 inch Skyworth Android tv.I did not have enough money to buy the tv however i comprised with the little that i had to take the Skyworth tv because it had interesting options that was gonna help me with my work, The tv was checked before i leave the shop by the guy that was helping me unfortunately when i got home it was cracked on the screen.I went back to the shop with the tv and asked if they can assist but the option that was given by Yassem which the mananger in HIFI Corp Platinum Square in Rustenburg is that he cannot fix the tv however he can offer me a discount if i buy another tv , bear in mind the skyworth cost me R8499.I bought another tv(Sinotec) and all of sudden i was offered insurance and transport but when i was sold the Skyworth tv the insurance & transport was never offered to me incase the tv screen cracked or incase the tv is ******.Im not happy i was atleast expecting them to give a better discount not R700 discount. This basically means i also a R8400 just like that.

I would like to get feedback on this complaint. Im logging this request for the second time.
