****/Worst Service Ever

So I bought 2 Items from Hi-fi Corp Online on 18-02-2022. The same day they sent a sms to inform me the delivery will be done one 21-02-2022. On 19-02-2022 a sms to inform the items was picked up by the courier, and that was the last correspondence ever. 21-02-2022 I called the call center (lady with a BAD attitude) at 16h00 to find out where my items were as it was not delivered, they said they will log a call/mail, but this was not done, no feedback whatsoever. 22-02-2022 I called again and a mail was sent to the online dept. for them to return with a answer, but no response. The delivery Tracking showed it was still at the courier. 23-02-2022 I called again, just a different dept. on 22-02-2022 the lady said that she could not give me alternative nr to complain as she was my last stop, if she can't help me I must wait. So the last lady then sent a new query and read the mail she sent to me asking them to give me a answer within the hour ( that was yesterday morning) but no response until now. The online tracking system shows that no parcel can be found for my reference nr.

I am so frustrated at this moment, this feels like the whole online store system is a ****, once you've paid you will either wait or you will lose.
