******** Hi-Fi corporation I hate them !!!!

I ordered my bed set on the 25th of Nov still today I am yet to receive it. They promised a refund 2nd week of Dec 2021 and haven't receive that either. What I have noticed is that there is no collaboration between the employees, in a day I will receive 3 calls from them talking different cases. Not to mention how useless is their live agents-they do not solve anything but saying the same thing of escalating a case which does not help at all. I did not enjoy my Dec Holidays because of what Hi-Fi corporation did to me. It's been 3 months since I made my order, I now believe I was ****med.

Today someone called and sent an email saying they will process my refund and if I am Capitec user it will take 15days. I really doubt they understand that I purchased that item because I am in need of it. Now I have to suffer for 3months sleep on the floor because of them. On top of that they delay to do my refund so that I could make other alternatives.

To conclude this if I had necessary resources I would really love to take them to court and make them pay big fine for violating customers rights.
