Sarcastic Manager

I bought a laptop at Hifi store N1City Cape Town on Tuesday 21 April 2026 so the salesman help me very nice and also inform me if l have any issues with l must come back within 5 days of purchase date. I bought the laptop for my distance learning assistance but after 1 online session a full battery is flat. I take the laptop back to the store and tell them about my problem. The lady couldn't solve the problem and the assistance from the white guy. He doesn't assist or advise but try to be technical with me and start shouting at me and l shouts back at which leads to swearing. He ask me why do l buying a laptop if l don't understand a laptops. He knows so better but he couldn't solve or assist me with me with my problem he was really trying to provoked me. I shall never buy anything from your stores. I was requested them to change rather the laptop for me although l must do a copayment towards the other product or item. He sarcastically told this is his shop they will do nothing for me there. But l will send this same mail to Hello Peter so that the whole world knows abouts your unprofessional managers he did not identify himself or wears a name plate for identification. Maybe he is bullying his co working staff but not for me. He dont want too change it for another one Marius Ceasar ‪***‬
