Sansui TV

We bought a Sansui Plasma TV about 18 months ago, the TV started giving me problems, there wasn't any display. They took the TV on the 1st of December 2019 and it was brought back to us on the 13th December 2019, and it worked literally 30 minutes. We took it back to the store on the 18th of December 2019 for the second time. Today We went to the store at west gate mall in Roodepoort to check the progress because we haven't had any entertainment since, we were told the manager is on a phone call. I'm not happy.
