Sansui Smart TV or not so Smart

To whom it may concern

I purchased a television a Sansui smart TV at that from your branch in Southgate and have been experiencing endless issues.

Two weeks ago Netflix suddenly stopped playing. When I requested assistance I was informed that my TV was a smart tv and not Google TV. The person advised that purchase a TV Box and it should solve the problem.

I purchased a tv box and lo and behold I am still unable to watch Netflix. I have been in contact with HiFi corp but I get sent from pillar to post constantly. Sansui has subsequently been discontinued so how are we going to resolve this matter as this should not affect me as the client. Netflix does not play with or without a tv box, smart or not so smart tv.
