i bought the double din once installed after 3 days the software was acting up I.E playing a video or viewing photos the screen would switch off.<br> so returned it and and the gave me a new one which did the exact same thing.<br> now that i try to phone customer service they said they cant help me.<br> so the consumer protection act is in my favor yet i get a bad attitude with no help.<br> I just want my product to work.<br> By the looks of it, it seems like an OS/Media app issue.
