Sansui 32 inch full HD TV

I bought 2 sansui 32 inch full HD tvs at stoneridge HIFI corp. They were out of stock so I agreed to collect at a different branch. I paid for the TV's and the extended warranties and the next day my husband went to collect at eastgate branch. On collection he was told that the TV's are actually HD ready. This is after we had paid the previous day at stoneridge.<br> <br> This is false advertising and extremely disappointing that a company as big as HIFi corp can act so *********ly and dishonestly.<br> I have the pamphlet that clearly says Full HD.<br> <br> I want both the TV's to be replaced by the sansui 32 inch Full HD as advertised.<br>
