Samsung French doors fridge

On 02-07-2015 I bought a Samsung fridge from Hi Fi Corporations Centurion, end of September the same fridge broke down, I reported the matter to Hi Fi Corporations the technician was dispatched the fridge was diagnosed as non repairable, then exchange was the next logical thing, I was called to the store by Mr Bheka to say I was informed to have a look at the fridges that are on display, I refused to accept one of the display models as I bought my fridge brand new from the box, I was also informed that the fridge is not available anywhere in Hi Fi Corporations, what is strange I found the same fridge in Hi Fi Corporations Menlyn and Wonderpark, I asked Bheka to do inter store transfer, so some reason that was not done, I requested a permission to purchase the fridge from the two branches since Bheka was unable to get out of his office go and verify if indeed those two branches have the fridge, it my second month now without a fridge, I just want to know the involvement of the section manager Olivia, the Branch Manager of Centurion Hi Fi Corporations, talk about terrible customers service.
