RUSSELHOBS SLOW COOK BOUGHT FROM HIFI CORPORATION NOT FUNCTIONING

If i could give them ZERO i would. On 31 October 2025, i bought myself a slow cook as a birthday gift. I only used the thing twice when i realized that it seemed like it was licking. I was away in December. January 2026, i took it in to have it checked and they told me they cannot fix. Hardly two month of using the and it is damaged. PATHETIC SERVICE. Now i am stuck with with a slow cook that does now work. Money gone to waste.

If i may add, while i was waiting to be served, a guy was bringing his Orion speaker for the second time as it odes not charge. He wanted his money back and they refused .
