Run from hifi corporation

I have used multiple online platforms to order and recieved exceptional service but see me ever ordering from hifi corp their service is is somewhat the most disappointing ever I ordered a cellphone from them on the 6th of April and delivery was supposed to take between 2-5 working days from date of purchase the only communication recieved was just your order has been recieved nothing else called them on day 5 to ask what was going on with my order I was told it was handed to the courier and they gave me the reference and said their warehouse would call me did they call me or was i the one who had to call back. And I didn't receive a define answer from the only that they will be looking into it how am I supposed to rely on their word whereas I don't even have a phone to make calls with never buying from them again
