Rudeness and unprofessional manager and stuff does not want to resolve the matter amicably

I wanted to rate a negative mark. I bought a defy bar fridge from mafikeng hifi corporation. From the first day the fridge have been faulty and was reported to the store, logged the complaint; the technician took their time to come assess the fridge and reported that there was nothing wrong with the fridge despite us explaining to him that it freezes everything in the fridge and for some time we had to throw away frozen food. The store personnel and the rude manager doesn't want to assist with the initial request of exchange now i want a refund and she is very very rude saying that she is not a technician and she takes the report as is even though its not right, even the acting manager had agreed to help before the rude lady comes . I am tired of talking with them they careless about service delivery. Its a clear factory fault and no one wants to help from there, very very disappointed. The fridge is at the shop and collecting the fridge that doesn't work won't materialise. It's evident that customers are not taken seriously
