rude manager and bad service

I bought an Asus laptop in September 2014. It started having problems I was back in the store in February I was given the run around because I had no slip and noone was willing to even check my serial number to get the slip. I came back the 2nd time in march and left my laptop for repairs on the 17th. It's the 20th and my laptop isn't back. I get stories and then I'm told it's a software issue and I'm being done a favour by repairing it. So basically I must shut up. Then today I had the pleasure of meeting the manager morne Botha. The rudest, most insulting person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Hifi Corporation you are an *********** bunch and you take pleasure in ripping people off and then your management is rude to top it all off. I want my money back so as a consumer I can buy a product that I can be pleased with. Your service is shocking and disgusting to say the least and I will never ever ever set foot in your store again and it's about time people are made aware of the kind of service you render. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.I played nice and did what I could on my side to only end up with a rude manager laugh in my face and tellme to ****** off in a nut shell.
