Rude finance lady

We were told to wait for someone that worked in finance for more than 20 minutes. After we did that we had to wait for a client (white) that had arrived after us to get help, even though we were first in line. The lady was very nice towards the client and when it came our turn , she was dismissive. We had one pay slip missing, the recent one however we did make sure to include all other payslips except that one.

We were told that the application would never go through. The online approval that we had got was not a true reflection and they could decline if they want to in the store.

I am not sure if this is how they treat their customers but it is purely unacceptable and after the service received i doubt we will ever buy anything at the store..
