Rude and poor customer service

I made an online order on 24 Sept, then today I called to follow up on the progress of my order(not delivery) just so I know what I am still waiting for.

Nosipho, the consultant I spoke with was not willing to help or answer my questions, she kept on saying the order takes 2-5 working days so I have until next Wednesday to expect my order, which is not what I was asking her. I asked her to get her manager on the line and the call cut after I held for 40 mins to speak to her manager
