Rude and Inefficient Store Manager

I went into the fourways crossing Hi-Fi corp to buy a mibox s media player. The mibox s media player is in a locked glass cabinet. I Tried asking for help and no one could assist me, after 20min one lady(employee) says the keys are with the manager "JENIENE". I asked the lady(employee) to ask the manager for the keys but she was scared to ask "JENIENE" (The manager) so i asked JENIENE for the key. JENIENE was so rude and was angry that i asked her for the key and then she ignored me going forward.

This Manager lady could have just given one of her stuff workers the keys and continued helping other people but she chose to be rude and said she also doesn't have the keys. if the whole shop doesn't including the manager doesn't have keys how are people suppose to buy.
