Ripped of by hificorp online store.

Worst experience experience ever, made a purchase online and received only one item of the order. Then the close the order without delivery the other part of the order. I've called sent emails no one cares instead they updated the status of my order as complete, still without my soundbar. Unless they employed theives someone took the soundbar and hificorp dont care as they dont conduct due diligence on their online purchases. I am really disappointed as its 14days without any constructive resolution to this matter all they do to is to log tickets.
