Ridiculous Delivery service time from Hi-Fi Corporation, Zero rating if possible

Hi To Future Customers of Hi-Fi Corporation

I have received extremely poor service from Hi-Fi Corporation, if there was a Zero Rating, I would've added in here,

I placed an online order on the 24th of November, with their promise to get my order delivered in 5 to 7 working days,

After a few days without contact, when I called the call center (awaiting nearly 35mins for a customer service representative), I learned that my order which was meant to be delivered in Gauteng was delivered to a warehouse in PE.

After 3 failed attempts to get traction on the delivery, the order was finally shipped out of PE on the 1st of December only to be Stuck in Gauteng Greenacres in which my order is still not ready for the courier to dispatch my order to me.

A word to all potential Hi-Fi Corporation online customers, unless you'd want to be disappointed with serious waiting time, I'd stay away from purchasing anything

I will not be a returning customer
