Ridiculous and poorly trained staff.

Went into their fourways shop intending to buy a sound bar at 5pm, I identified the one I wanted only to be told I couldn't buy because the shop was closed. They officially close at 6 and they refused to serve me at 5:30 while I was already inside the shop! Ridiculous and unprofessional staff!
