Returns and Warrenties

Bad Service on Return and Warrenty Goods We call the store in toti and they said come with the receipt, when we got there they told us that we need to take a video of the TV having the issue and then email it to them. Mind you these are elderly members (in laws) technology is not they strong point... Further to that they get told they not sure when they will get to their quire.. How does a company like this run client services. They waiting for the warranty to run out so they don't fix or replace
