Returns and exchange online

I purchased a univa 4 plate stove the plates are loose and it's tripping electric, I tried going to store and even online to ask for assistance but they keep telling me that they have sent my query to relevant people. I also have a bed that I bought November 2025 I've never used it coz it came with default legs since November they have just been promising to assist even now I don't have a bed nor the money. Don't bother buying online at hifi corp they are ******.
