Returning of my home theatre

I Sammy Mashiloane took in my home theatre back to hifi corpfor repairs for repairs under impression is under warranty and it was not I then received a quote for repairs amounting to R2800 and I did not accept the quote instead I asked them to return my home theatre back I rep**** to an email of VIctoria Gama n I have been calling hifi corp for the last two weeks everyday I have been told tomorrow n next day nothing happens. I was then told my home theatre was with a company called Eurovision who I then ajsked them if I can collect it but they told me they will send it back to the branch where they go it from and the said if I don't mind I can collect it n one minute they say they will deliver and they don't. Since the nor hifi corp n nor Eurovision wants to give back my home theatre. Bottom line cause i did not accept their quote for repairs I have bean treated like I'm not the customer just because my home theatre is out of the warranty nobody cares. I left messages for Mervin who also did not even return my calls. This branch is pathetic they treat you well when u buy once you return with a problem everyone is passing a buck.
