Return of faulty Appliance

<p>We purchased a Sansui 40 inch LED television literally a month ago. The TV just switches on and off and does not pick up any channels we then proceeded to take the TV back to HI FI Corp on Saturday and we were told that we would have a replacement on Wednesday due to the fact that there is no stock. I called them first thing this morning and now being fed all sorts of stories and excuses, they will not be able to replace or help me i have to wait 21 days for an asessment!! To say that i am upset is an understatement as when purchasing a TV you dont expect it to pack up in a month. I am awaiting a response eagelerly to get this matter sorted out amicabily and quickly as i cannot wait for 21 days.....</p>
