Retrenchment Documents

Good day Greetings to you I have an account with Hi Fi Corp and my account was up to date and the day I got retrenched from my employment the day after 1st of April 2022 I went to the branch and submitted my claim 1-The branch manager and also the consultant I spoke to in the branch completed all formalities and her direct words to me was the forms has been submitted and I only need to wait on an sms this is 4 months now and still I wait for the sms

2-I received a call from Head to office and the call center consultant advised that I need to make contact with the branch where I submitted my claim 3-I am being harrased for incompetence from branch level to Head Office being said that my retrenchment documents was never submitted by the branch and I feel that I needed to contact the branch several occasions to follow up and nobody had the audacity to pick up the phone and contact me as the client advise what the process is. 4-I received and sms 19th July 2022 saying that my insurance has been suspended that is not my problem as documents was submitted on time 5- I need this to be sorted as I will make use off all plattforms as the staff at branch level is *********** by not informinf the client as to what is going on. 6-I have received numerous sms saying that I need to pay R1500.00 how can I pay if I submitted retrenchment documents
