Repairs

Maybe someone knows someone from KIC directly or HiFi Corp who can help? We bought our KIC fridge from HiFi Corp in November 2019- it is still under its 2 year warranty- and it has packed up. I have reached out to the call centres and email lines for assistance but I don't seem to be getting any help. We understand the lock down, but a fridge is a rather essential household item and we've already lost food goods! Please do contact me if anyone knows someone who could help us urgently! Thank you
