Remote not recieved

I baught a tv sansui 55 inch and it was delivered to me on the 29th of march. When we opened the packege i found that the remote was not in the box, i called that same day and the lady told me that they noticed that a remote was left behind after they tested the tv, but they have sent it it should be delivered in 3 days. Till today i havent recieved it i have been calling the store almost every 3rd day. And the lady assisting has been calling aswell saying the remote is with the courier she will do a follow up. But till today i have not recieved anything. I called last week thursday and spoke to a gentleman who was very rude he told me that i wasnt suppose to take the package and ther’s nothing he can do either than to give me a number for the newcastle branch. I called the newcastle branch they said that they would send the remote but they first need to confirm with the empangeni branch of who will be liable for the courier charges they promised to call me back but they never called. Can they please assist if i have to send the tv back they must let me know before the 29th
