Remarkable customer service

After my complain I went to the store. I found out that the store consultants have been hiding their manager. What a remarkable manager, he took care of my complain. I was given a new TV and he apologized. Unfortunately during my complain he was not an active member at that branch. He handled everything like a pro.

His busy with my sound system claim at this moment. I would like to give Southgate HiFi Corporation 100 points for the new manager they put in store.
