Rejected Item sold!!!

<p>I purchased a Samusng top loader washing machine in March 2016, I took a 4 year guarentee with it. There was a problem with the drum of the machine. It was loose and there was this terrible noise when it would spin. My hubby called them so many times and got ZERO repsonse, he even went to the Southgate store where we bought it at and they said they would send someone out to our home to check out the problem. Nobody has called or even came by. We called and called and no reaction. Finally I sent a complaint to them of which they responded and it turns out it was a call centre, we missed the call but called back. This is beyond PATHETIC, these people SOLD US A REJECTED ITEM SINCE THEY JUST IGNORING OUR PROBLEM they sold us. I have the slips and warentee. THEY MUST JUST GIVE OUR MONIES BAC****!! I cannot afford to do washing with my hands since I am heavily pregnant. I PREFER TO TAKE MY MONEY AND PURCHASE ANOTHER MACHINE ELSEWHERE!!</p>
