Regret buying from you

I wouldn't recommend buying electronics from hifi corp, I bought a laptop 2weeks ago but it seems they sold me an old laptop that they knew has problems,the thing is new but keeps on switching on and off resetting for hours and I bought it for school work but cannot do anything without being disturbed by switching off
