Refuses to reply when there's an issue

Not just terrible customer service. Zero customer service. Careful ordering from Hi-Fi. I ordered a vacuum and they didn't send any of the attachments. I have sent them many e-mails, asking for assistance, and they just ignore me. I will never ever order from this company again.
