Refusal to refund faulty product 6 months old going in for forth repair

Bought a HP All in One Printer from them 6 Months ago and it has to go in for repairs for the 4th time now. Ink Cartridges had been depleted due to their testing and fixing and I have had no use of this product, yet they will not refund my money. HP will not get involved as they as not RSA based and follows the retailers rules, thus support local business's guys who supports your local money and respect the value you put on your hard earned money
