Refund not returned as promised

I’m very disappointed in your service. I had a loan for a sound bar I took with you for 12 months. On the last month my settlement amount was R418,72 but I was debited the full R958,00. I called in on 7th July and was told that the matter will be sent to the refund department and that it will take 14 days for me to get my refund of the balance. It’s been a whole month now and I haven’t heard anything. It’s just disappointing that you waist no time in reminding a client when they are behind and putting their account in areas but have no regard whatsoever when money is due to the client. Bad business practice!
