Refund not paid and no communication from hifi corporation

I canceled my order. I ordered the incorrect product. I have sent email. Made phone calls. Sent whatsapp with no response as I requested a refund. When I do make a call. The customer service agent informed me that someone will be in contact. It is now 7days with no one calling me. I have escalated the matter and still no response.
