Refund nonsense

I bought 3items online on the 13th the tracking system wasn't functioning i got a call immediately after the purchase and was told to expect one of the items on Saturday i waited on that day nothing came i called the call centre on Monday nd was told there must have been a misunderstanding i was told to wait. I then received one of the items i was then told to expect the remaining two on the 25th this was after i had to lay a formal complaint on the 25th only one item came when o called them they said the delivery dates haven't been exceeded so i should wait till the 3rd of September today i get a call from an agent to follow up my complaint when i ask her about the delivery she says she'll get back to me after 2mins only to call me back and tell me that theres no stock il get a refund between 7-10 days imagine i was calling these people all along they failed to pick this up now i have to wait for my money after all this time all in all i am never ever buying anything from this store
