REFUND ME 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I bought a water dispenser & bottle online. Both instock . Got a email that the bottle is out of stock. The manager told me he will find out where i can buy i bottle. Nothing nada no help. So they guy over facebook messenger told me to go into the store for the refund. I did and still nothing. Everytime I follow up they are telling me 10 working days. No one called me even if i follow up daily nothing. So how will I get my money back? Its almost a month now. No one to help.
