Refund hassle

I’ve received appalling service from Hifi corporation klerksdorp. Firstly, only half of my order arrived. Secondly, I received no receipt for my payment. Thirdly, I requested a refund only to be given one excuse after another. I cannot warranty my purchase because they refuse to send me my invoice. Why?
